Hybrid seismic technic is a geophysical survey that combines information obtained from seismic refraction and seismic reflection methods. In particular, the velocity model obtained through seismic tomography is considered in the velocity analysis phase that is carried out with the processing of the seismic reflection. To perform static corrections, it is necessary to know the seismic velocities and thicknesses of the bodies between the topography and the datum chosen. Seismic velocities are obtained from tomostatic. A detailed surface seismic velocity model allows to increase the quality of the stack section.
